The
Green Tree is probably the only real locals pub left in the
High Street.
It's situated at the top end of the High Street farthest away
from the Ketton Ox.
If
there's a long queue for The Bull or The Hide pop in the Tree
for a quick one before going over to the keys.
The
Tree is another long narrow pub & this causes problems on
a weekend because there is a major bottleneck along the bar
area. The pub only gets really busy on a Friday night.
The
Tree has a small and pitifull beer garden which consists of
a few picnic benches surrounded by a lap larch fence. If it's
a beer garden your after try one of the others
This
isn’t one of my favourite pubs but the atmosphere's good,
the beer's okay ,the food is crisps n nuts, give it a visit.
