New Cross Keys

The New Cross Keys or 'The Keys' to locals, is situated opposite the Black Bull and is the only pub on this side of the high street. The pub has a large lounge/bar area (which has been recently refurbished) and serves decent bar meals throughout the day.
There is a big screen for watching the footy and because it doesn’t get quite as busy as some of the other pubs it’s a good bet for big matches.
There is no beergarden at the keys but what the keys is famous for is it’s disco.

What can I say Yarms Premiere Night spot (Yarms only night spot) The legendary “Claggy mat”,”Yarm Bongo” A must visit location for any visiter to Yarm with its unique Saturday night fever style flashing dance floor.
Not a venue for hardcore ravers but a good laugh for the rest of us.
There is a £6 cover charge on the door (£3 grab a granny night) and the place is open till 1.30am
The disco can be hired as a function room certain nights of the week
Draw back – If you don’t get in the disco by 11pm Friday you’ll probably
still find yourself queuing at midnight

Other entertainment includes wednesday nights legendary 'Kol's Karaoke' and Thursday nights 'whamtastic' 80's night in the disco.
